its component be, x component=x and y component=y
since the components are at 90°
therefore, angle b/w the vector and x axis=y/x=tan theta
=> tan theta=6/8
=> tan theta =3/4
=> theta= 37°
similarly, angle made with y axis=tan alpha=x/y
=> tan alpha=8/6
=> tan alpha=4/3
=> alpha=53°
therefore the angle made with x axis is 37° and with y axis is 53°...
