we know that perpendicular vector . product is zero.
and let the vector b=xi +yj
so it is (3i+5j).(xi +yj)=0
3x+5y=0
3x=-5y
x/y = -5/3
so the perpendicular vector is b= xi +yj= -5i+3j ans.
