A vehical is moving on a circular track of radius 56m. It completed 3.5 rounds and then stopped. Find the distance and displacement.

solution.

Circumference of circle = 2pi r

= 2*22/7*56

= 44*8

= 352 m.

Now, distance covered in 3.5 round= 352* 3.5
= 1232 m

Now, displacement in 3.5 roumd= 56+ 56

= 112 m
