Given:-

A vehicle expends energy of 20000J moving at a speed of 20m/s.

To Find :-

  • Mass of vehicles,m

Solutions:-

As it is given that the vehicles expand energy while moving .So , here the energy is "kinetic energy"

As we know that Kinetic energy is defined as the energy possess by body due to its motion .

  • KE = 1/2mv²

where,

m denote mass

v denote speed

by putting the value we get

→ 20000 = 1/2×m × 20²

→ 20000 = m/2 × 400

→ 20000 = 400m/2

→ 20000 = 200m

→ 20000/200 = m

→ 100 = m

  • Hence, the mass of the vehicle is 100kg.

Given :-

  • ➬ Energy expanded = 20000 J
  • ➬ Speed = 20 m/s

To Find :-

  • ➬ Mass of the vehicle = ?

▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬

Solution :-

Formula Used :

  • K. E = 1/2 mv²

Here :

  • K.E = Kinetic Energy = 20000 J
  • M = Mass = ?
  • V = Velocity = 20 m/s

\qquad{━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━}

Finding the Mass :

➻ K.E = 1/2 mv²

➻ 20000 = 1/2 × m × (20)²

➻ 20000 = 1/2 × m × 400

  • Cancelling 2 by 400 we get 200.

➻ 20000 = 1 × m × 200

➻ m = 20000/200

  • Cancelling 20000 by 200 we get 100.

➺ m = 100.

\qquad{━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━}

Therefore :

❝ Mass of the vehicle is 100 kg.
