Answer :-

  • Acceleration of the vehicle is 2 m/s².

Explanation :-

Given :

  • Initial velocity (u) = 20 m/s
  • Final velocity (v) = 24 m/s
  • Distance (s) = 44 m

To find :

  • Acceleration (a)

Solution :

Using Kinematics :

  • v² = u² + 2as

Substituting we get,

⇒ 24² = 20² + 2 × a × 44

⇒ 576 = 400 + 88a

⇒ 176 = 88a

⇒ a = 176/88

⇒ a = 2 m/s²

  • Acceleration of the vehicle is 2 m/s².

Answer:

Acceleration = 2m/s²

Explanation:

Given -

  • Initial velocity (u) = 20m/s
  • Final velocity (v) = 24m/s
  • Distance (s) = 44m

Solution -

Acceleration (a) -

  • 2as= v² - u²
  • 2(44a)=24² -20²
  • 88a= 576-400
  • 88a = 176
  • a=176÷88
  • a=2

Acceleration is 2m/s² .
