V=20m/s
Acording to Newton's Second law
F=Δp/Δt
=Δmv/Δt
=Δm/Δt x V[as V is constant]
= (5/60 )x20
=1.66 N
∴The force needed to keep the vehicle moving with uniform velocity is 1.66N
