Given:-

→ Mass of the vehicle(m) = 225kg

→ Initial velocity of the vehicle(u) = 0

[as it was initially at rest]

→ Final velocity of the vehicle(v) = 36km/h

To find:-

→ Work done(W)

Solution:-

Firstly, let's convert the final velocity of the car from km/h to m/s.

=> 1km/h = 5/18m/s

=> 36km/h = 5/18×36

=> 10m/s

Now, we know that:-

Work done = Change in K.E.

• Kinetic energy = 1/2mv²

=> W = 1/2mv² - 1/2mu²

=> W = m/2[v² - u²]

=> W = 225/2[ (10)² - 0]

=> W = 112.5[100]

=> W = 11250 J

Thus, work done is 11250 J.
