Cost Price of 1 dozen eggs = ₹22
Total cost price of 10 dozen Eggs = ₹22*10 = ₹220
Number of rotten eggs = 6
remaining number of eggs = (10 * 12) - 6 = 114
selling price of one egg = ₹2.50
Therefore S.P. of 114 eggs = 114 * ₹2.50 = ₹285
Profit = S.P. - C.P = ₹285 - ₹220 = ₹65
Total cost price of 10 dozen Eggs = ₹22*10 = ₹220
Number of rotten eggs = 6
remaining number of eggs = (10 * 12) - 6 = 114
selling price of one egg = ₹2.50
Therefore S.P. of 114 eggs = 114 * ₹2.50 = ₹285
Profit = S.P. - C.P = ₹285 - ₹220 = ₹65

Total number of eggs purchased = 10 * 12
= 120
Cost of 120 eggs = 22 * 10
Cost of 120 eggs = Rs 220
Egg wasted = 6
No. Of eggs sold = 120 - 6 = 114
SP of 114 eggs = 114 * 2.5
= Rs 285
SP > CP
So, here is Gain
Gain = 285 - 220
= Rs 65
= 120
Cost of 120 eggs = 22 * 10
Cost of 120 eggs = Rs 220
Egg wasted = 6
No. Of eggs sold = 120 - 6 = 114
SP of 114 eggs = 114 * 2.5
= Rs 285
SP > CP
So, here is Gain
Gain = 285 - 220
= Rs 65
