Given:

Loss on selling 12 phones=C.P of 2 phones

To Find:

Loss%

Solution:

Let C.P be ₹x.

C.P of two phones= ₹2x

C.P of twelve phones= ₹12x.

According to question,

Loss= ₹2x

Loss%=\dfrac{loss}{C.P}\times 100.

Loss%=\dfrac{2x}{12x}\times100

Loss%=16.66%

Therefore,loss %=16.66%.
