A vendor supplies 105 litres of milk to a hotel in the morning and 85 litres of milk in the evening. If the milk costs Rs. 20 per litre, how much money is due to the vendor per day?

Given ,

quantity of milk supplied in morning = 105L

quantity of milk supplied in evening = 85L

Rate of the milk = ₹20/L

To Find :-

Total cost of the milk due per day.

Solution :-

Total milk supplied in 1 day = Milk supplied in the morning + Milk supplied in the evening.

= 105L + 85 L

= 190L

Rate of milk = ₹20/L

=>\: Total\: cost\: of\: milk\: =\: ₹\:(190 \times 20)

= ₹3800

Therefore, total cost is ₹3,800
