c.p  for 200 news papers = 200*25/100 = 50,

c.p for next 300 papers = 300*22/100= = 66,

selling expense = 10,

profit required = 25.

Hence he needs to sell all the news papers for a total of 50+66+ 10+25 = 151 . each newspaper should be sold for 500/151 *100= 30 cents approx.
