Hey buddy......................
Req no of tiles = area of verandah÷area of each tile
area of each tile = 6dm *5dm = 0.6 * 0.5 = 0.3 m sq
now req no tiles = 50 ×12 ÷3 = 600÷3/10=600*10/3 = 2000
Req no of tiles = area of verandah÷area of each tile
area of each tile = 6dm *5dm = 0.6 * 0.5 = 0.3 m sq
now req no tiles = 50 ×12 ÷3 = 600÷3/10=600*10/3 = 2000

We know that , area of rectangle = length×breadth
Therefore, area of verandha=50m×12m=600m²
1m=10dm
.i.e. 600m²=600×10×10=60000dm
Area of tiles= L×B=6×5=30dm
No. of tiles = area of verandha/area of tiles = 60000/30=2000
Therefore, area of verandha=50m×12m=600m²
1m=10dm
.i.e. 600m²=600×10×10=60000dm
Area of tiles= L×B=6×5=30dm
No. of tiles = area of verandha/area of tiles = 60000/30=2000
