Area of the room = 5.5*4 = 22 sq.m
Area of the room with verandah = (5.5+2.25+2.25)*(4+2.25+2.25)
= 10*8.5 = 85 sq.m
Area of verandah = 85-22 = 63 sq.m
cost of cementing = 63*200 = 12600 rupees
