now,Area of smaller room = 5.5 m× 4 m
=22 m^2

= 9.50 m
therefore, Area of bigger room = (11×9.50)m^2
=104.50 m^2
Hence,Area of verandah = (104.50-22)m^2
=82.5m^2
(2)Total cost of cementing the floor of verandah =(82.5 × 200)
=16,500 rupees
