The vertical pole amd its shadow will form a triangle which will be similar to the triangle formed by tower and its shadow because of Sun's inclination.

Let the height of the tower be x

So, for a similar triangle.

\sf \frac{5.6}{4.2}= \frac{x} {4.8} \\\\\sf </p><p>4.2x=4.8 x 5.6 \\\\\sf </p><p>x= \frac{4.8x5.6}{4.2} \\\\\sf </p><p>x=6.4m
