The height of the tower is 50\sqrt{3}m.

Step-by-step explanation:

Let the height of the tower be AD and the B be a point x metres away.

Now, in ΔDAB:

Tan60= AD÷x

Tan60= H÷x

So, H=  x\sqrt{3}-----(1)

Now, let point C be x+100 metres away from the tower,

Then tan30= H÷(x+100)

From equation1, putting the value of H

1 ÷\sqrt{3} =  x\sqrt{3} ÷ (x+100)

1= 3x ÷(x+100)

(x+100)= 3x

100=  2x

x= 50m

Now, putting the value of x in equation 1:

H= 50\sqrt{3}m

Result:

The height of the tower is 50\sqrt{3}m.
