of houses. Most of the people got trapped inside the buildings

1.NO,the nature is not responsible for this act. we human's don't know how to take care of nature.and even wt ever trees or plants our ancestors left even we are killing those. more usage of vehicles.more plastic bags usage.at last not thinking about our future generations .and not taking care of our mother earth. when it gets angry this acts comes out.....

is literally starving then they come to known human values.
