1 \: kilolitre \:   = 1000 \: litres \\ 250 \: millilitres \:  =  \frac{1}{4} litres

\large\bold\blue{{Calculation}}

1 glass = 250ml = 1/4 litres

1 litre = 1000ml

Therefore 1 litre =

 \frac{1000}{250} ml \:  = 4 \: glasses \: of \: water

Now if 1 litre = 4 glasses

then l kilolitre = 1000 litres = 1000 × 4 glasses

= 4000 glasses of water

Hence 4000 glasses of 250ml capacity can be filled with 1 kilolitre of water.
