Que:- a vessel contains 70 l of cold drink ?

Ans:- Let the total capacity of the first vessel be x

The total capacity of the second vessel is 2x

Ratio of the first vessel = milk : water = 30% : 70%

⇒ milk : water = 3x : 7x

Ratio of the second vessel = milk : water = 70% : 30%

⇒ milk : water = 7(2x) : 3(2x)

⇒ milk : water = 14x : 6x

When both vessels are added together:

⇒ milk : water = 3x + 14x  : 7x + 6x

⇒ milk : water = 17x  : 13x

Hope it helps
