The people who dumped the waste benefitted
Who benefited from the dumping and who didn't?
- People who dumped the waste who were contacted by the multinational company actually benefitted because they didn't spend money on the proper disposal of waste. Infact, they illegally dumped the waste into an open site and sea against the rules and regulations.
- However the people who suffered from the diseases due to the hazardous impacts of the toxic waste were at loss.
Development goal of this country
- This country should focus on the implementation of environmental protection rules and regulations. They should penalize the culprits and compensate the affected people.

People who have dumped the toxic waste were benefitted as they didn't have to spend money on garbage disposal. People who were not benefited were the one living in the ABIDJAN in IVORY COAST as they were suffering from various diseases caused by the dumped garbage .
The developmental goals of this country may be improvement in garbage disposal, creating and spreading awareness about garbage disposal and spreading awareness about garbage disposal and sanitation, implementing proper waste management plants etc .
