volume of water in the vessel = 4.5 litres
we know that 1 litre is 1000cm³, therefore 4.5 litres = 4.5×1000
= 4500cm³
therefore l×b×h = 4500cm³
=> 30×25×h = 4500cm³
=> 750×h = 4500cm³
=> h = 4500/750
=> h = 6cm
verification:-
volume = l×b×h
= 30×25×6
= 750×6
= 4500cm³
hence verified
