Height of hemisphere = Radius of hemisphere = 14/2=7cm

Height of cylinder = Height of bowl - Radius of hemisphere

=13-7=6cm

Now, capacity of bowl = Volume of hemisphere + volume of cylinder

=(\frac{2}{3})*\pi r^{3}+\pi r^2h

=(\frac{2}{3})*(\frac{22}{7})*7^{3}+(\frac{22}{7})*7^{2}*6

=(\frac{2*22*49}{3})+22*42

=\frac{2156}{3}+924

=162.67cm^{3}
