Step-by-step explanation

hemisphere ⇒ d = 14cm ,hence r = 7cm

cylinder ⇒ r = 7cm

h = height of vessel - height(radius) of hemisphere

h = 13 - 7 = 6cm

inner CSA of vessel = CSA of hemisphere + csa of cylinder

CSA of hemisphere = 2π r² = 2 × 22/7×7²

                                   = 2 × 22 × 7 = 308cm²

CSA of cylinder = 2πrh = 2 × 22/7 × 7 × 6

                                    =  2×22×6 = 264cm²

CSA of vessel = 308 + 264 = 572cm²

the inner CSA of the vessel is 572cm²
