A vessel is in the form of a hollow hemisphere mounted by a hollow cylinder the diameter of the hemisphere is 14cm and the total height of the vessel is 13cm find the volume of the vessel

volume of vessel= volume of hemisphere+ volume of cylinder

=2/3πr^3+πr^2h

=πr^2(2/3r+h)

=22/7×(7)^2(2/3×7+6)

=154(14/3+6)

=154(4.66+6)

=154(10.66)

=1641.64
