gas at a pressure of 330 cm Hg. What will
be the pressure of hydrogen gas, when the
vessel is connected to another vessel of 300 cm3
capacity ?

V1 = 600 cm3

P1 = 304 cm of Hg

V2 =300 cm3

P2 =?

P1V1 = P2V2

P2 = P1V1/V2 = 304x600 = 608 cm of Hg
