The time will increase as the height of water decreases and its order will be t1 < t2 < t3

Explanation:

  • According to torricelli's theorem:
  • We know that the velocity of efflux is given by
  • Efflux velocity = √  2gh
  • The velocity doesn't depend on height.
  • As the height decreases the velocity of efflux also decreases.
  • The time will also increase as the water comes out of the drain.
  • The time order will be such that t1 < t2 < t3
  • Thus the time will increase as the height of water decreases and its order will be t1 < t2 < t3
