A vessel with a volume of 1 dm3
contains a gas mixture consisting of hydrocarbon and oxygen at
temperature of 406.5 K at a pressure of 1 atm. There is twice as much oxygen as is needed
to burn the hydrocarbon completely. After combustion, the pressure in the vessel (at the same
temperature) increased by 5%, and the mass of water obtained was 0.162 g. Determine what kind of hydrocarbon.
