A vessel with the capacity of 200 ltr is 120 ltr full. Now a running water tap is opened in the vessel which fills the vessel at the speed of 5 ltr/hrs and there is a hole in the bottom of the vessel which drains the vessel at the rate of 3 ltr/hrs. Find out in how much time the vessel will be full?

Answer:

In 1 hour.

Step-by-step explanation:

Explanation:

capacity of a vessel=200ltr

Litres of water present in the vessel= 120ltr

litres of water filled per hour= 5 ltr/hr

So, water present in the vessel after 1 hour= 5×120

=600 ltr

But, water flowing out every hour= 3 litre

= 600÷3

= 200ltr

Hence, after 1 hr the vessel will be full.

Thank you!!

Answer:

The vessels are filled with the liquid upto same level. Which vessel will have highest pressure at the bottom? yes the 4th one is the answer but why? All vessels will have same pressure Because :-) (Pressure = dgh) and pressure depends on the height.
