Answer:

No, I won't buy it even if the shopkeeper offers an installment facility, though it is my dream mobile. I won't dare to buy it as my earnings are very low and not enough to manage life. I don't want to be in debts. "Cash and Carry" is my motto. I never want to be a borrower and borrow anything from anyone.

So, talking about the Advantages and Disadvantages of Installment schemes in three groups:

Group 1: We think there are advantages of installment schemes. We may own so many things one after one even though we do not have sufficient money.

Group 2: Yes, you are correct. "Installment schemes" enable the low income group people to own things, which they cannot buy them.

Group 3: I don't think so. The system of buying things on installments makes people extravagant. They fall into the habit of borrowing which makes their lives tense.

Group 4: Yes, you are absolutely correct. Purchasing things on installment schemes keeps us permanently in debt. People want to buy things on Installments though they do not want those things in Real. Thus, they want to have all the things as they are comparing with their neighbours.

Group 5: When we buy things on Installment schemes, we have to pay the installments every month. We need certain income every month to clear the installments. If our income is meagre we cannot pay the installments in time. That it makes us to borrow money from someone to pay the installments.

Group 1: It's Easy for a buyer to buy the things on installments scheme if they provide a chance to pay off his debt over time.

Group 2: The buyer has to pay more money for the overtime as he is taking permission from the shop. Then he may fall in financial crisis.
