A zoo is a place where animals and birds are kept in enclosure and taken care of so that people can visit them. It was only last week that we visited the zoological park in Gangtok as park of a school field trip. The atmosphere and experience were so memorable and breath-taking that we can't wait to visit again! The most amazing park was that we got to see so many endangered species like the red panda and the Himalayan black bear. We got to see them so close and it is a shame how these animals are endangered. Only if one has such experience can we understand the harm human do to these animal's, but a zoo is also an example how we can protect the few remaining.
