Explanation: As the volleyball net is rectangular in shape.

Hence breadth:- 1 m  and length:- 9.50 m

Therefore the perimeter = 2 ×( length + breadth)

                                           = 2×( 9.50 + 1.00)

                                           =2×(10.50)    = 21 m
