then area of floor = l × b = 12b

and cost of matting 1m2 = Rs 0.85

⇒ Cost of matting floor = Rs 0.85 × 12b

⇒ 98.10 = 0.85 × 12 × b



Now Lateral surface area of room = 2h (l + b)



cost of papering 1m2 = Rs 1.35
