A wall is covered by 160 tiles which are 15 cm by 15 cm. How many 10 cm by 10 cm tiles are needed to cover the same wall?

A WALL IS COVERED BY 150 TILES

THEN AREA OF TILES

=15*15

=225cm²

since area of wall

=225*160

=36000cm²

then tiles of 10 by 10 needed to cover wall

=area of wall /area of tiles

=36000/10*10

=36000/100

=360 tiles

hence ,tiles of 10 by 10 needed to cover

area of wall=360 tiles
