Answer:
A wall has a rough surface while a mirror has a smooth, polished and shiny surface. Hence, diffuse reflection occurs in case of wall and regular reflection occurs in case of a mirror.

There's al lot of difference between a loght reflected by mirror and alight reflected by a wall
- A mirror reflects 100% light falling on it
- Whereas, a wall reflects about only 20-30 % light on it
- The relflected beams are parallel to each other in case of mirrors
- The reflected beams are not parallel to each other in case of a wall
