let cost of one TV set is x and then cost of washing machine is x+6000

then 

2x+4(x+6000)=132000

2x+4x+24000=132000

6x=132000-24000

6x=10800

x=10800/6

x=18000

then cost of one TV set is 18000

and cost of two TV sets is 36000
