A water insoluble substance ‘X’ on reacting with dilute H2SO4
released a colourless & Odourless gas ‘Y’. On bubbling the gas through lime water it initially became milky due to the formation of ‘Z’ and the milkness disappeared when the gas pass in excess & form ‘R’.

Y= CO2

Z= CaCO3
