A water sample has a presence of sodium bicarbonate. Can this water be used for washing with soaps? JUSTIFY

Na2 co3 will affect the soap -

If you are using hard water than it will increase the performance of soap .

But if water is clean than it will vary the pH value of soap basic and affect the formation of bubbles.
