since here outer edge = circumference of a circle and the radius = 5m .
so 2πr
2*3.14*5
10*3.14
31.4 m is the circumstance or the outer edge of the circle and in this case of the wet grass.

radius=5

area of circlee =πr²
                      = 3.14 x 5 x 5
                      =314/100 x 5 x 5
                      =314/4
                      =76
threfore answer is 76m²
