so diameter , d = 5m

therefore,

radius, r = 2.5 m

length \: of \: outer \: boundary \:  =  \: circumference

Formula :

circumference = 2\pi \: r

 = 2 \times 3.14 \times 2.5 \\  \\  = 15.7

so, length of the outer boundary = 15.7 m
