\huge{\red{\underline{\underline{\rm{Answer:-}}}}}

\star{\large{\green{\underline{\sf{Given:}}}}}

\sf{\implies Diameter\;of\;cylinder=28\;m}

\sf{\implies Radius\;of\;cylinder=14\;m}

\sf{\implies Height\;of\;cylinder=7\;m}

\star{\large{\green{\underline{\sf{To\;Find:}}}}}

\sf{\implies How\;many\;kilo\;liters\;of\;water\;can\;cylinder\;hold.}

\star{\large{\green{\underline{\sf{Formula\;used:}}}}}

\sf{\implies Volume\;of\;cylinder=\pi r^{2}h}

\textsf{Now, put the values in the formula. We get,}

\sf{\implies Volume\;of\;cylinder=\pi r^{2}h}

\sf{\implies \dfrac{22}{7}\times 14\times 14\times 7}

\sf{\implies 22\times 196}

\sf{\implies 4312\;m^{3}}

∴ As we know 1 m³ = 1000 liters.

So, 4312 m³ = 4312 × 1000 liters.

                    = 4312000 liters.

So, kiloliters = 4312000/1000

                    = 4312 kilo liters.

Hence, cylinder holds 4312 kilo liters of water.
