Answer:

25000 litres

Step-by-step explanation:

  • If, after every week water in tank reduces half
  • then, after 5 weeks it reduces half as like always ( because, after every week it full filled)

When no new water is added in tank , then total water will be 50000×1/2

= 25000 litres

Answer:

25,000( 1/2 of the capacity of tank)

Step-by-step explanation:

•If "every week" it reduces half of the previous level due to leakage, that means the tank is filled every week

•Considering the conditions of the question, no new water is added in the tank, but examine the question carefully, it says "every week" that definitely means the water is filled every week

•So the above condition of the question is absolutely right but not unless it's one week

So, let's find the answer:

Considering the fact that the water reduces half the previous level and is even filled every week, then it'll remain 1/2 only

= 50,000 × 1/2

= 25,000

Therefore, the level of the water after 5 weeks will be the same as initial, that is 25,000 because the tank was filled every week

Hope you got the answer
