h=100 m

P.E = mgh=> m X 9.8 X 100

=>980m J

Therefore, 980m J is converted to heat.

As, Q=mc△T

△T=?

980m=m X 4200 X △T

980=4200 X △T

△T=7/30

△T=0.23 K or °C
