Frequency (f) = 4 hz

Wavelength (λ) = 0.4 m

We know that , the wavelength of wave is given by

 \boxed{ \sf{λ =  \frac{v}{f} }}

Where ,

v = Speed of wave

Thus ,

0.4 = v/4

v = 0.4 × 4

v = 1.6 m/s

Therefore ,

The speed of wave is 1.6 m/s
