A wave travels from the center of a pond to the edge. The distance from the center to the edge is 14.6m. The wave takes 32 seconds to reach the edge. As the wave proceeds towards the edge, the particles of water in the pond rise up to 0.2m above the calm surface. They complete 1 oscillation in 1.2s.

Answer:the wave is transferring energy as well as momentum. Coz each particle of the wave is gaining a trough and a crest also the Wave is moving forward as it it gaining momentum also mark that no particle is displacing its position on x-axis.
