Mass of barbell,m= 15kg

height, h= 2m

potential energy at that point= kinetic energy

potential energy= mgh

=> 15*10*2 (acceleration due to gravity= 10 m/s^2)

= 300 joule

so,kinetic energy will be 300 joule.
