Respected Sir,

With due respect i beg to say that i am not in a state to attend the school for four days i.e. 10,11,12,13 March 2017. I am down with severe fever and since it is a communicable disease I am advised complete rest. I assure you that i would be able to cover up with this four days course as soon as i return.

I will be very grateful if you consider my request and accept my leave application. Therefore, please grant me leave on the said dates.
