Given : A welfare association collected Rs 11,025 as donation from the students.

 Each student paid as many rupees as there were students,

To  find : the number of   students.

Solution:

Let say   number of   students =  N

Each student paid as many rupees as there were students,

=> Each student paid  = N

Hence total Amount collected  = Number of students * Each student Paid

=>  total Amount collected   = N * N

=>  total Amount collected   = N² Rs

collected Rs 11,025

N² = 11025

=> N²  = 3 * 3  * 5 * 5 * 7 * 7

=> N² = 3²  * 5² * 7²

=> N = 3 * 5 * 7

=> N = 105

number of these students. = 105
