Vol of earth taken out= πr²h = (22/7)*7*7*15= 2310 m³

Area of the embankment = π*(R²-r²)

Width of embankment= 7 m. So R= 7+7= 14 m

Area= (22/7)*(14²-7²)= 462 m²

Therefore, height of embankment= 2310 m³/462 m² = 5m
