Answer:

In the chapter, 'THE TRIUMPH OF SURGERY', written by James Herriot, showed the love and the pamperness shown by the rich mistress towards the dog, named Tricki. The dog, had became hugely fat, like a bloated sausage with a leg at each corner. His eyes, bloodshot and rheumy, stared straight ahead and his tongue lolled from his jaws. The name of the mistress was Pumphrey and she was quite worried and unhappy to see her dog in this state.

She explained to Mr. Herriot(the author himself), "He was so listless, Mr. Herriot. He seemed to have no energy. I thought he must be suffering from malnutrition, so I have been giving him some little extras between meals to build him up."

The problem with Mrs.Pumphrey was that she was not able to see the pain of the dog. Mr.Herriot had already advised Mrs.Pumphrey not to give him the sweet things, but as her dog wanted to eat the sweet things more, she was not able to cut-off sweets from his diet. The dog loved the cream cakes and chocolates, and Mrs.Pumphrey was so pampered towards the dog, that she was not able to refuse.

The dog was greedy. He wanted only foods which were delicious and bad for his health (such as cream, cakes, chocolates etc.,)The author had told the mistress to give Tricky a lot of exercise, but the dog would not. The dog was lazy, too.

So, Mr.Herriot took the decision to keep the dog healthy by giving him just plenty of water to drink and lot of exercise by taking him away from Mrs.Pumphrey. The dog  became healthy and active under supervision of Mr.Herriot. At  the surgery, he would surge around other dogs, run around and was happy there. He was quite relieved, into healthy and quite active dog. At last, it was given to Mrs.Pumphrey and she thanked Mr. Herriot a lot......

Explanation:

In the section, 'THE TRIUMPH OF SURGERY', composed by James Herriot, demonstrated the adoration and the pamperness appeared by the rich special lady towards the pooch, named Tricki. The pooch, had turned out to be colossally fat, similar to an enlarged wiener with a leg at each corner. His eyes, red and rheumy, gazed straight ahead and his tongue lolled from his jaws. The name of the escort was Pumphrey and she was very stressed and miserable to see her pooch right now.

She disclosed to Mr. Herriot(the creator himself), "He was so sluggish, Mr. Herriot. He appeared to have no vitality. I figured he should be experiencing ailing health, so I have been giving him some little additional items between suppers to develop him."

The issue with Mrs.Pumphrey was that she couldn't see the torment of the canine. Mr.Herriot had just prompted Mrs.Pumphrey not to give him the sweet things, however as her canine needed to eat the sweet things more, she couldn't cut-off desserts from his eating regimen. The pooch adored the cream cakes and chocolates, and Mrs.Pumphrey was so spoiled towards the canine, that she couldn't can't.

The canine was ravenous. He needed just nourishments which were tasty and awful for his wellbeing, (for example, cream, cakes, chocolates etc.,)The creator had advised the courtesan to give Tricky a ton of activity, however the pooch would not. The canine was sluggish, as well.

In this way, Mr.Herriot took the choice to keep the canine solid by giving him only a lot of water to drink and parcel of activity by removing him from Mrs.Pumphrey. The canine  became solid and dynamic under supervision of Mr.Herriot. At  the medical procedure, he would flood around different pooches, go around and was cheerful there. He was very diminished, into sound and very dynamic canine. Finally, it was given to Mrs.Pumphrey and she expressed gratitude toward Mr. Herriot a lot......
