A well is 16m deep. A frog in the well jumps 3m up but falls 1m down every jump. in how many jumps will he be out of the well?​

2+3-1=4--------day2

4+3-1=6-------day3

6+3-1=8--------day4

8+3-1=10------day5

10+3-1=12--------day6

12+3-1=14------day7

14+3-1=16------day8

Hence it will jump out of the well on the 8th day. (16 jumps)
